Upon receipt of the completed order form, you will receive an email asking for confirmation of the details. As soon as you confirm details are correct, we will then send an invoice and once the payment has been received, work will commence on your unique commemorative plate. Plates are despatched within 20 working days from receipt of order.
Prices:
£38.95 including postage and packing for UK.
$100 including postage and packing for USA.
£62 including postage and packing for Europe.
Prices for postage & packing to other destinations on request.
Payment with order by:- BACS (Direct Bank Transfer), Debit or Credit card. via Paypal.
Notes for completing the form:
1. Weight - this can be either lbs-ounces or kgs.
2. Name - as you would like it to appear on the plate.
3. We can at £1.50 ($2) per word add a brief message on the back of the plate e.g. "From Mum and
Dad".
